We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Resort General Manager to oversee the operations of our 5-star boutique resort in the cultural heart of Ubud, Bali. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the annual budget, P&L, and financial reporting with precision.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff through effective training and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, local community leaders, and government officials.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Curate unique guest experiences that reflect the local culture and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort management, preferably in the Southeast Asian region.
- Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Valid Hotel Management Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills.
- A passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the Bali tourism market.
