Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless execution of services and high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, create annual budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control operating costs.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of personalized service.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Marketing & PR: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the resort's online presence and drive occupancy rates.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in senior management roles within the hospitality/tourism industry.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market and current hospitality trends.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
