Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage the annual budget and P&L, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Implement and maintain property management systems (PMS) and ensure data integrity.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local vendors and tourism boards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests and high-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing multi-departmental teams and high revenue targets.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard PMS software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
