Responsibilities
- Oversee all reservation operations for 250+ room luxury hotel, ensuring 95%+ occupancy targets
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 reservation agents through performance coaching and skill development
- Develop strategic pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue
- Manage VIP guest profiles and coordinate special requests for high-net-worth clientele
- Implement and maintain reservation systems (Opera PMS) with zero tolerance for errors
- Analyze booking trends and market data to optimize distribution channels
- Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless guest journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality reservations with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Opera PMS and channel management systems (RateGain, D-EDGE)
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in luxury segment
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue management principles
- Certification in Hospitality Revenue Management (e.g., HSMAI) preferred
