  • Implement and maintain reservation systems (Opera PMS) with zero tolerance for errors
  • Analyze booking trends and market data to optimize distribution channels
  • Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless guest journeys

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in hospitality reservations with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Expertise in Opera PMS and channel management systems (RateGain, D-EDGE)
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in luxury segment
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
