Key Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure a safe and healing environment by adhering to infection control standards.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
