Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and interpret complex data from life-support systems.
- Administer medication and perform advanced clinical procedures under physician guidance.

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or high-acuity clinical setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients, families, and staff.
