Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and interpret complex diagnostic data in real-time.
- Administer advanced medication protocols and oversee life-support equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform critical interventions including intubation assistance and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications preferred.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient advocacy.
