Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute complex care plans.
- Operate and monitor life-support equipment with high precision.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code scenarios.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient documentation per HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills under pressure.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Strong commitment to patient advocacy and safety protocols.
