Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information with precision.
- Administer complex medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Interpret data from bedside monitoring equipment and respond proactively to changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring emotional support and clear communication.
- Maintain sterile environments and follow strict infection control protocols.
- Document patient progress accurately within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ICU or high-acuity setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in modern EHR platforms and medical technology integration.
