Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Perform complex medical procedures and operate critical life-support equipment.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans.
- Advocate for patient safety and provide emotional support to families in high-stress situations.
- Maintain comprehensive, legally-compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, ER, or critical care setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications preferred.
- Exceptional critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment.
