Join our elite critical care team at Beacon Heights Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center dedicated to excellence in patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care in our state-of-the-art ICU.

Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and record patient condition changes in a critical care environment.
- Administer specialized medications and manage complex intravenous therapies.
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Collaborate with physicians and respiratory therapists to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Provide empathetic emotional support to patients and their families during high-stress situations.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and hospital protocols.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and bedside rounds.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care or ICU nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, preferably Epic.
