Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies with high precision.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute complex care plans.
- Operate and interpret data from advanced life-support equipment.
- Provide empathetic support and clear communication to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with hospital standards.
- Participate in emergency response teams (Code Blue) as required.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with modern EMR software platforms.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety protocols.
