Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, adjusting treatments based on complex data trends.
- Administer advanced medications and manage life-support systems with precision.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
- Advocate for patient comfort while providing emotional support to families in crisis.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Accurately document all clinical interventions in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and clinical education.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care or ICU experience required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in modern EMR systems and medical monitoring technology.
