Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bedside care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient vitals and interpret hemodynamic data to adjust treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate complex care.
- Administer advanced life-support medications and manage complex intravenous drips.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Act as a patient advocate and provide support to families during critical medical decisions.
- Utilize state-of-the-art medical technology for diagnostics and treatment delivery.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, ER, or Step-Down Unit.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PCCN certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive under high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
