Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical charts to ensure optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during critical times.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and nursing leadership.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care or Acute Nursing.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree preferred.
