Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive oncology patient care including chemotherapy administration and symptom management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families throughout treatment journeys
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Mentor junior nursing staff through our structured preceptorship program
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years oncology nursing experience
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
