Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical status closely, escalating concerns immediately to the nursing team or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to strict safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UK (NMC registration required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
