Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders and safety protocols.
