Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care for post-cardiac surgery patients
- Administer advanced cardiac medications and manage ventilators
- Perform rapid response interventions for acute cardiac events
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Mentor junior nursing staff through our clinical ladder program
Qualifications
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- NYS RN license (current and unencumbered)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
