Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients requiring ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex medication regimens
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform rapid patient assessments and respond effectively to emergency situations
- Utilize electronic health records to document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide education and support to patients' families during high-stress situations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State (or compact license)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Demonstrated expertise in rapid response and emergency interventions
- Exceptional communication skills for high-pressure team collaboration
