Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care for post-operative, trauma, and cardiac patients
- Administer precise medication protocols and life-support interventions
- Lead rapid response team activations during emergencies

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois (or compact state)
- BSN degree with 2+ years ICU experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications with current credentials
- Strong proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) a plus
