Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care to post-cardiac surgery patients in 24-bed ICU
- Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data with advanced telemetry systems
- Administer specialized medications and perform invasive procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with 100% compliance
- Participate in rapid response team activations
- Mentor new nurses through clinical orientation program
Qualifications
- Current Washington RN license with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU or telemetry experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience with ventilator management and CRRT
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
