Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care for critically ill patients with complex conditions
- Monitor and interpret patient data using advanced monitoring systems
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years ICU experience with ACLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
