Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to patients in 20-bed ICU unit
- Administer complex medications and monitor life-support systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on care plans
- Document patient data with precision in EMR systems
- Mentor junior staff through our clinical ladder program
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for patient safety
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license required
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- 3+ years ICU experience with ACLS certification
- Expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
