Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions for acute/trauma patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Document clinical observations and care delivery using Epic EHR system
- Mentor junior staff through our preceptorship program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and trauma response protocols
- Advocate for patient safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state (or compact state)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years ED or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong proficiency in emergency procedures and trauma assessment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments
