Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex preclinical studies using advanced molecular biology and cell-based assays
- Develop and optimize novel drug delivery systems for targeted therapies
- Collaborate with CROs and academic partners on IND-enabling studies
- Author regulatory documents (CTDs, study reports) ensuring compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at cross-functional and external scientific forums
- Identify emerging therapeutic targets and propose innovative research strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in in vitro/in vivo pharmacology models and high-throughput screening
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Hands-on experience with GLP-compliant laboratory practices and regulatory documentation
- Proficiency in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data analysis tools
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent studies
- Excellent written/verbal communication with cross-functional teams
