Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting
- Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and electronic health records
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Current NY State RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ED or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
