Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid assessment and stabilization of patients across diverse acuity levels
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision and safety
- Document patient encounters using Epic EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Lead emergency response codes and trauma activations
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts with BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years ED experience in Level 1 trauma center
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Proven expertise in rapid triage and critical decision-making
- Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health records
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
