Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU
- Monitor and interpret patient data using advanced cardiac monitoring systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education on treatment protocols
- Document care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- 2+ years critical care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
