Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Administer medications and treatments with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to critical changes in condition or deterioration.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with hospital policies.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Qualifications
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration (or equivalent foreign credentialing).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a critical care or acute setting.
- BSc in Nursing (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
