Responsibilities
- Provide advanced cardiac monitoring and intervention for critically ill patients
- Administer medications and perform complex nursing procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Document patient assessments and treatment progress accurately
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency resuscitations
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Electronic Health Records proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
