Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Monitor investigational sites for protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety
- Conduct site visits, audits, and vendor management to maintain trial quality
- Analyze and report clinical data while maintaining regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trial designs and timelines
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements in clinical operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical research experience with FDA-regulated trials
- Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) certification required
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and regulatory documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license for frequent site visits across New England
