Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care interventions including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Administer complex medications and emergency interventions with precision
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations using ACLS protocols
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (MSN preferred)
- Current Illinois RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications
- 3+ years ICU or critical care experience
- Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Demonstrated expertise in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
