Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants with precision
- Manage complex data collection, documentation, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive study reports
- Maintain IRB submissions and ethical research standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in FDA/ICH-GCP regulations and documentation
- Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budget and vendor contracts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
