Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in 24-bed ICU
- Monitor and interpret complex patient data using advanced telemetry systems
- Administer precise medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during emergency interventions
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with 100% accuracy
- Educate patients and families on post-ICU recovery plans
- Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active WA RN license required
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
