- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate bench-side findings to patient trials.
- Maintain rigorous documentation compliant with GLP and FDA regulatory standards.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and scientific advisory boards.
- Oversee lab safety protocols and equipment maintenance for specialized instrumentation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a biopharmaceutical setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput screening and assay development.
- Proven track record of high-impact scientific publications and patents.
- Deep understanding of FDA drug development lifecycles and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R).
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional scientific teams.
