Responsibilities
- Provide advanced cardiac monitoring and intervention for critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex care plans
- Document patient progress with EMR systems accurately and timely
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergency situations with calm expertise
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU or cardiac telemetry experience
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring equipment (e.g., IABP, ventilators)
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
