Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, RealGeeks) and property management software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital listing strategies and ensure website functionality across all devices.
- Train and mentor real estate agents on the effective use of PropTech tools and digital platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize agent productivity.
- Implement and manage lead generation automation tools to streamline the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular audits of our digital assets and suggest upgrades to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Technology (PropTech), Real Estate Operations, or a similar support role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and property management systems.
- Strong understanding of MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data structures and integration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical real estate professionals.
