Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-yield investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex data models to forecast property performance and ROI.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data to stakeholders.
- Integrate data from various sources, including public records, GIS systems, and internal CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with the investment committee to provide data-driven recommendations for acquisitions and divestitures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate analytics, financial modeling, or data science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
- Strong working knowledge of real estate metrics, including cap rates, NOI, and cash-on-cash return.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
