Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for key categories
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics across global suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Implement procurement software solutions and process automation initiatives
- Conduct spend analysis and category reviews to optimize purchasing efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with quantifiable cost-saving achievements
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Fluency in English with additional language skills advantageous
