Key Responsibilities:

As our Production Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee daily production schedules and workflow to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operators and technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
