Key Responsibilities:
As our Production Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operators and technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot machinery and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular audits and report on production metrics, including scrap rates and downtime.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Shift Manager.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
