Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ production team members across multiple shifts
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Monitor production metrics (OEE, output quality, on-time delivery)
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment calibration
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization
- Manage inventory control and material flow systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Proficient in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience with CNC machining or assembly operations
