- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-incident safety standards
- Coordinate with quality control to resolve production defects within 24 hours
- Optimize workflow efficiency through Kaizen events and process mapping
- Manage inventory levels and production scheduling for JIT delivery
- Train cross-functional teams on new equipment and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing leadership
- Lean Manufacturing certification (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and manufacturing ERP systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 10%+
