Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met with optimal efficiency
- Lead, train, and mentor production teams while maintaining a safe work environment

- Monitor quality control processes and address deviations promptly
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in production management software (ERP/MES systems)
- OSHA certification and safety compliance expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in industrial settings
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
