Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity by 15%
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and industry-specific regulations
- Manage cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop annual production budgets and cost-reduction strategies
- Coordinate with R&D on new product integration and process upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in production management with automotive/precision manufacturing experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, assembly processes, and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop technical teams
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
