Aura Digital Studio is seeking an experienced, visionary Principal Product Designer to lead the creative direction of our core digital ecosystem. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technology, human-centered design, and business strategy. You will transform complex workflows into elegant, intuitive, and world-class user experiences that empower millions of users worldwide.

You will work closely with cross-functional leadership across product management, engineering, and brand marketing to establish the design language of our next generation of products. This is a highly collaborative role demanding both elite visual craft and deep analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle of high-impact product features, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and interactive prototyping.
- Champion, expand, and govern our global design system to ensure aesthetic excellence, brand consistency, and front-end engineering scalability.
- Conduct generative and evaluative user research sessions, translating user pain points and behavior metrics into actionable product design solutions.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering squads to ensure design specifications are executed to absolute pixel perfection.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, rigorous design critique, and creative innovation.
- Partner with product and business leadership to define the multi-year product roadmap and vision through persuasive storytelling and conceptual prototyping.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or interaction designer, with a portfolio showcasing complex, shipped web or mobile products.
- Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling comprehensive cross-platform design systems.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, cognitive psychology principles, and modern accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to executive stakeholders and non-designers.
- Strong background in user research, usability testing, and leveraging quantitative data to iterate on design solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or equivalent practical industry experience.
