Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and identifying new business opportunities.
- Formulate and implement innovative strategies in areas such as market entry, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and organizational design.
- Mentor and develop junior consulting staff, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Drive business development activities, including proposal writing, pitching, and expanding Stratagem's footprint within target industries.
- Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and firm development initiatives, enhancing Stratagem's reputation and intellectual capital.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in management consulting with a reputable firm, or a combination of consulting and senior industry leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two functional areas (e.g., strategy, operations, digital, finance) and/or industry sectors.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex issues, develop hypotheses, and drive data-driven solutions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse project teams and mentoring professionals.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-suite executives.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in business development, including identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau) and strategic frameworks.
