Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead the transition toward GitOps and immutable infrastructure using Terraform and Helm.
- Optimize multi-region Kubernetes cluster deployments for maximum reliability and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and accelerate feature delivery.
- Define service level objectives and implement comprehensive observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Mentor and guide a talented team of DevOps and Systems Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure design.
- Proven track record architecting complex AWS environments utilizing EKS, RDS, VPC, and IAM.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code technologies, specifically advanced Terraform module development.
- Strong development experience in Python, Go, or robust bash scripting for system automation.
- Deep understanding of network security, compliance frameworks, and zero-trust cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
