Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead performance management initiatives and professional development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll operations.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture through employee engagement activities.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and standard HR practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professional maturity.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
