- Design and implement competitive total rewards and professional development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal policies.
- Analyze people metrics to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and team-building programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist or People Ops roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California and US labor regulations.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues with discretion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and modern performance management software.
